Visitor's tax:
Winter 2023/24: 3,00 per person and night.
From 01.11.24: € 5.00 per person and night
Children up to 16 years are exempt from the visitor's tax.

Reservation:
Reservations are only valid with a written confirmation by e-mail or mail. For a binding reservation please transfer a deposit into our account (appr. 20% of the cumulative costs of your stay). The amount of money for the deposit may be wired within 14 working days.

Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-In: starting from 3pm
Check-Out: until 9am

You can arrive at any time after 3 pm, even very late arrivals are possible, as we have a self check-in with key boxes and access codes. We will send you the online check-in by e-mail approx. 14 days before arrival, which you can complete conveniently via tablet or mobile phone up to two days before arrival. 1-2 days before arrival we will send you your digital guest folder with all the important information about your flat and the corresponding key codes.

Payment:
The outstanding balance must be paid by bank transfer 14 days prior to arrival.

Booking:
A booking is only valid after the reception of a written confirmation.

Travel cancellation insurance:
We highly recommend booking a travel cancellation insurance together with your trip! In case of death, illness, loss of your workplace etc. You don’t have to deal with the extra costs of a cancellation. Please visit www.europaeische.at for more information.

Smoking:
All of our apartments and rooms are non-smoking facilities.­­

Parking:
One parking space per apartment is available directly at our house.
Apartment D has 2 parking spaces available. One parking space directly in front of the house and one in the parking garage in Kappl village centre.

Pets:
Pets are not allowed in our house.
